Preheat the oven to 350F. Sprinkle the tomato halves with salt and place them upside-down on a rack to drain for 20 minutes. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sautÄ the zucchini until golden. Season with salt and pepper. Mix together in a bowl the parsley, garlic, and bread crumbs. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over the tomato halves. Drizzle a little oil over the tomatoes. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400F. Set aside 6 of the anchovy fillets for the garnish. Chop the remaining anchovies fine and mix them with the butter in a bowl. Broil the steaks for 5-8 minutes, according to taste. Spread some of the anchovy butter on each steak Garnish each steak with a rolled anchovy fillet. Place the steaks on a serving platter with the tomatoes and zucchini.
